Pet Policy
Pet Types: Allowed pets include cats and dogs.
Maximum Number of Pets: Up to 2 pets are allowed with a weight limit of 25 pounds each
Pet Deposit Fee: Pets are accepted at Arbor Ridge with an additional deposit of $500 for a one bedroom, $750 for a two bedroom, $975 for a three bedroom and four bedroom for each pet.
Certain breeds are restricted.
